10 Dog Exercises

The most important thing with the pet owning is growing them healthy and bold. In order to help to maintain dog’s good health, regular dog exercises are the best way. A well exercised dog is not only physically fit, but also has an essential component of the mental health. Here we suggest 10 ten dog exercise you can do with your pet. 1. Games with toys
There are various game types that you can play with your pet, included games with toys. Direct your dog’s energy onto a toy that is appropriate for his size. Nowadays you can find so cool dog toys that you will be attracted as well.
2. Begging and crawling
Start by having your dog lie down and then holding a treat ask your baby to crawl. Then move around the room keeping the treat at the same distance from your dog. By the same way have your dog sit, facing you and holding his favorite treat tell him to beg. He will probably lift his front feet off the ground. These types of exercise develop dog’s balance and also abdominal muscles.
3. Find it
One of the good exercises for dogs’ mental enhancing is the ‘’find it’’ game. This is a two person game that starts with holding your pet’s collar. Then someone keeps a treat in front of the dog’s nose and after a few minutes hides it in a near location. After this you will give your dog to ‘’find it’’ command and he will find the treat wherever it was hidden.
4. Tug of war
The tug of war is actually mental and physical exercise for your dog. At first you must choose a proper dog toy that is made out of robber or a similar material. While starting the game you must pick up the toy and encourage your dog to also pick it up.
5. Tech new tricks
Teaching new tricks is another way to challenge dog’s mind as well as his boy. Start with common tricks, such as sit, begs, lie down and then it will be easy to progress more complicated tricks.
6. Walks and runs
While it is well known fact that dogs require at a minimum a walk every day. So the regular walks, runs and games of fetch are sustained enough to contribute to well being of your dog.
7. Swimming
Swimming is also a great activity for a dog. Most dogs are able to swim, but it will be more safety that you get in the pool with your pet.
8. Dog agility parks
Dog agility park is a  new growing sport that features various courses specifically designed to make a dog active and fearless.
9. Fetch
This is a perfect way to give your dog exercise with interacting with them. After teaching him to fetch sticks and balls and bring them back to you this game will be played for hours on end.
10. Ski with your dog
The last exercise is basically cross that can be taken in winter. By this way the dog is harnesses to the skier and helps to pull them along.
